GEOSYNTHETICS/ GEOMEMBRANE

Multi-axial strain testing on geomembrane samples

Objective

To understand their response to out-of-plane tensile forces

Testing Undertaken
  • Multi-axial strain testing
  • ASTMD 5617

The objective of this study by ExcelPlas is to conduct multi-axial strain testing on geomembrane samples in order to understand their response to out-of-plane tensile forces due to differential settlement. This mechanical testing was followed in accordance to ASTM D 5617 standard.
